Responsible gaming
Principles of balanced participation, support resources and conditions required before any future modality with prizes.
1. Scope of this commitment
Play must be a voluntary activity and compatible with rest, personal relationships, study and work. Our responsible gaming approach includes clear information about the current service, digital well-being recommendations and channels to communicate situations that may affect a user.
Digital purchases that may exist on the platform are governed by their own conditions and do not convert current games into bets. Any model change will be evaluated by its real characteristics and by the legislation of each territory before being offered to the public.
2. Habits of balanced participation
It is advisable to decide in advance how much time to dedicate to a session, take breaks and end the activity when it is no longer satisfactory. The desire to make up for a loss, the pressure to continue playing or sleep disturbance are reasons to stop and review one's relationship with the game.
Results within Blockquarter should not guide financial decisions or be considered a source of income. It is recommended to avoid playing during times of intense stress, fatigue or discomfort, and keep other activities off the platform.
3. Signs of attention and seeking support
It is advisable to ask for support when it is difficult to interrupt the game, the time spent is hidden, obligations are neglected or the activity causes anxiety, conflict or loss of control. These signs are not a diagnosis; indicate that it may be helpful to talk to a trusted person or consult a qualified professional.
In the event of an immediate risk to a person's safety, the emergency services of the place where they are located should be used. Blockquarter may respond to communications related to the use of the platform, but does not provide clinical assistance or emergency services.
4. Minors and vulnerable people
The participation of minors must comply with the conditions of use and the age rules applicable in their territory. Responsible adults can agree on schedules, monitor the use of digital services and review the supervision options available on their devices.
If a regulated form of gaming were authorized in the future, the age, identity and access restrictions required by the corresponding jurisdiction would apply. This statement does not mean that this modality or its specific control mechanisms are currently available.
5. Protection on the current platform
The rules of the game and measures against cheating, abuse and harassment seek to preserve a healthy gaming environment. Disruptive behavior can be reported through the Help Center. Each notice is reviewed based on available information and may result in action proportionate to the Terms of Use.
Anyone who needs to stop using Blockquarter can log out, interrupt their activity and consult their account options or request assistance from the support team. Currently, no betting limits or self-exclusion from real money gaming are offered, as this mode is not active.
6. Conditions for a possible modality with prizes
Before offering a modality that brings together the legal elements of betting and prizes with economic value, its legal classification in each territory would be determined. In Estonia, the organization of games subject to the Gambling Act may require an activity license and an operating permit, with the exceptions provided by law. An authorization from another State in the European Economic Area does not in itself enable you to offer regulated gambling in Estonia.
Participation would only be opened after identifying the responsible operator and complying with the applicable permits, territorial restrictions and protection obligations. Before participating, the rules, age requirements, economic conditions, value of prizes, payments and claims methods should be clearly communicated.
The design of this modality should incorporate access checks and prevention measures required by the competent authority, including, where appropriate, limits, breaks, exclusion controls and access to help. None of these features are advertised here as available in the current service.
7. Official gambling restrictions in Estonia
The Estonian Tax and Customs Administration allows a person to request voluntary restrictions for certain categories of regulated gambling. Registration and verification correspond to the authority and authorized operators. Restrictions are not a function of the current free modality of Blockquarter.
The authority explains the categories covered, the deadlines and how to submit an application in its official procedure. It also provides information on specialized support services for affected people and their loved ones.
8. Contact and review of incidents
To report a concern about the use of Blockquarter, harmful behavior or a possible risk situation, you can write to info@blockquarter.com. It is useful to indicate the affected game or account, the approximate date and the observed events, without publishing other people's personal data in open spaces.
Project Kimiary OÜ will review the information received and respond through the appropriate channel. Requests regarding personal data will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
