Terms of use
Framework for access, participation, coexistence and contracting of digital services in Blockquarter.
1. Purpose and scope of application
These terms regulate access to blockquarter.com and the use of its accounts, games, matches, rooms, community spaces and digital functionalities. They apply in conjunction with the specific rules indicated for each game or product and with the Privacy Policy. If a particular condition expressly regulates a specific function, it will prevail for that function to the extent permitted by law.
Consulting public content does not require creating an account. By registering, participating in a game or using a function that requires acceptance, the user confirms that they have been able to consult these conditions. Contracting a paid product also requires knowing and accepting the specific information displayed before confirming the order.
2. Access, age and accounts
Each account is personal. Its owner must provide the necessary data truthfully, keep relevant information up to date, protect its credentials and report without delay any unauthorized access or security incident that it detects. You must not assign your account or impersonate another person or entity.
Minors may only use the functions for which they meet the age requirements and, when applicable, have the authorization of the person exercising their legal representation. Features or purchases subject to additional conditions will display their requirements before allowing access or contracting.
The closure of an account can be requested by the means available in the service or by contact email. Closure does not eliminate pending obligations or prevent the retention of data that must be maintained for legal or security reasons or to resolve a claim, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
3. Rules of participation and integrity
Participation must respect the published rules of each game and the rights of other people. Impersonation, harassment, threats, discrimination, the dissemination of other people's personal data without authorization, illegal content and conduct that violates the rights of third parties are prohibited.
Manipulating results, using unauthorized automated gaming programs, using cheats, exploiting vulnerabilities, circumventing technical restrictions or interfering with the availability or security of the service is not permitted. The discovery of a bug can be communicated to the support team without exploiting it or disclosing other people's data.
4. Games, results and digital elements
The visible rules and conditions of each modality determine the development of the games. Results may be revised when there is reasonable evidence of technical error, fraud, manipulation or non-compliance with the rules. In these cases we may correct classifications, cancel affected results and adopt proportionate measures, after evaluating the available information.
Progress, rankings, points, and digital items are features of the service. Unless a specific offer expressly states otherwise in accordance with applicable regulations, they do not constitute money, deposits, financial instruments or a right to exchange, transfer or withdraw cash.
The availability of a game may depend on the connection, the device and the participation of other people. If a technical interruption affects a result or a purchased product, the incident will be examined in accordance with the applicable rules and the rights of the consumer.
5. Community content and moderation
Whoever publishes messages, images or other content declares that they have the necessary rights and retains the ownership that corresponds to them. You grant Project Kimiary OÜ a non-exclusive, limited authorization to host, reproduce and display that content to the extent necessary to provide and protect the service. This authorization ends when the content is deleted, except for copies whose retention is necessary or legally required.
We may act on content or accounts when there are indications of illegality, risk to other people or non-compliance with these conditions. Depending on the severity and context, measures may include removing or limiting the visibility of content, restricting features, temporarily suspending an account, or closing an account. When the applicable regulations require it, we will communicate the reasons and the available means of challenge.
Communications regarding suspected unlawful content, harmful conduct, or moderation decisions may be submitted to the Help Center or info@blockquarter.com. To facilitate the review, it is advisable to indicate the location of the content, the approximate date and an explanation of the facts, without publishing sensitive information from third parties.
6. Digital products and purchases
Before confirming a purchase, you will be informed of the essential characteristics of the product, its total price and applicable taxes, its duration when applicable, the delivery method and the particular conditions. The order confirmation will identify the operation and the means available to report an incident. Payments are processed by the provider indicated during purchase.
The supply of a digital product will be carried out under the conditions presented in the offer, once the operation is confirmed by the payment provider. If the product is not delivered, presents a lack of conformity or an incorrect charge occurs, the consumer can request assistance at info@blockquarter.com and exercise the rights granted by the applicable regulations.
The right of withdrawal and its possible exceptions are applied in accordance with consumer legislation. In particular, the immediate provision of digital content does not in itself imply the loss of that right: where required by law, express prior consent, recognition of its consequences and corresponding contractual confirmation will be necessary.
7. Absence of bets and monetary prizes
The current Blockquarter service offers digital games without wagering or monetary prizes. Digital purchases, if offered, do not by themselves convert games into real money gaming. No mention of possible future developments constitutes an offer of bets or prizes of financial value.
Any future modality that combines the elements of regulated gaming would be evaluated before its launch for each territory and would only be offered after complying, where applicable, with the required permits, access restrictions and protection obligations.
8. Availability and evolution of the service
We may perform maintenance, updates and fixes to maintain the security, integrity and operation of the platform. We will endeavor to communicate relevant disruptions where reasonably possible. Some features may vary or become unavailable for technical, legal or product reasons.
When a change affects a contracted digital product, the conditions of that contract and the applicable legal rights will be respected, including remedies for lack of conformity. Liability that cannot be limited by law is not excluded.
9. Measures on accounts and review
In the event of a breach or security risk, we may adopt measures proportional to its nature, severity and repetition. In urgent situations, a preventive restriction may be necessary to avoid further harm; It will later be reviewed with the available information. The affected person can request a review through the Help Center or contact email.
Measures on an account do not eliminate the rights derived from purchases made or the corresponding legal guarantees. If possible and appropriate, information will be provided on the reason for the decision and how to submit comments.
10. Personal data and communications
The processing of personal data necessary to manage accounts, items, purchases, support and security is explained in the Privacy Policy. Commercial communications are governed by applicable preferences and consents. Requests regarding personal data can be sent to info@blockquarter.com.
11. Modifications to these terms
The current version is published on this page with its update date. If we make relevant changes, we will communicate them by the appropriate means and with the advance notice required by law. When a change requires a new acceptance, it will be requested before it is applicable to the user.
No modification will have the effect of depriving a consumer of mandatory rights or retroactively altering an already confirmed purchase contrary to applicable regulations.
12. Complaints and applicable law
Questions and complaints about access, content, games or purchases can be directed to Project Kimiary OÜ at info@blockquarter.com. To investigate an incident, it is useful to indicate the affected account or order, the approximate date and a description of the events, without sending passwords or complete payment information.
These terms are construed in accordance with Estonian law and applicable European Union regulations. This provision does not deprive consumers of the mandatory protection of their country of residence nor does it limit their right to go to the consumer authorities or the competent courts in accordance with the law.
